Shipping Policy

All are products are shipped within 24hrs after receiving the orders via are trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and UPS. Once the item has been shipped, a notification with the tracking number is send for the real time tracking.

Return & Exchange Policy

All are products have 1 Year warranty with us except any kind of physical damage. We request our customers, if the product does not meet their requirements can be returned within 14days from purchase to receive a prepaid return label so that they do not have to pay return fee.

A full refund is initiated and is applicable if the device is returned within 30days of the purchase in the same condition as the device was received.

If the device is returned after 30 days, if will be inspected by our in-house testing team and the refunded will be initiated accordingly.
If the device has faced physical damage and is returned, the refund will be initiated after deducting the cost of the damaged component.
If the customer has broken the device and ask us for a repair, we can provide a quote and then the customer can send the device for repair.
